Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return a product, only in his original condition & packaging, unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (please note: the store do not exchange the goods) . The store is not responsible for shipping or postal costs in case of a customer returning a product.

You should expect to receive your refund (if indeed the product/s that you received has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival or an incorrect product) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, There are some cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Cases where we unfortunately cannot refund:

1. Superpro or game day gloves with protective palm plastic removed from the palm.
2. Products returned after 30 days since purchase.
3. Products that have been worn or used and there is clear wear to the latex and/or general look of the products.

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world. If you have any doubts that we cannot ship to you please contact us for more information. Delivery of ordered items takes place only after receipt of payment. 

DHL EXPRESS Courier service

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items, the location (Country / Region) of the reciver and shipping options you choose (DHL EXPRESS). All shipping's from Elite Keepers shop are made only with DHL Global Express and shiping rates are at a fixed discount. Orders will be between 3-10 Business days. After receiving your order we will ship your product and will notify you by email with your tracking information. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half a kilogram.

Local Taxes

Please note that depending on your countries import regulations you may be charged with local tax and/or import fees upon delivery. For more info check with your local customs office regarding custom policies. Our currier DHL Global Express can offer you customs clearing service on your request when they contact you on the delivery. Elite Keeper Shop is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes.
